Return and Warranty

Free Domestic Returns for 30 Days
If you receive your M1-K9 Collar and realize it's not a good a match for your dog, just contact M1-K9 at Sales@M1-K9.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.  M1-K9 must receive the collar back in New and Unused Condition in it's original packaging within 30 days of original purchase.  International orders, dog tags and choker chains excluded.  Please measure your dogs neck carefully before ordering chokers.  If you need to exchange a choker chain for a different size, purchaser pays return shipping.

One Year Warranty
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the original owner. If the product ever fails usage during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material related defect, M1-K9 will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the item style returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper usage, or when colors and materials grow worn over time.

M1-K9 shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied warranty for this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows.

Warranty Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for shipping charges from your location to the our warehouse if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, M1-K9 will pay for the return shipment to the customer. (Customer pays for both shipments for out-of-warranty replacements.)

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS

Please note that dispatched orders cannot be recalled and you will have to wait until the parcel has arrived to make this request.

  • REFUND: The refund will be issued via the original transaction method within 2 business days after receiving the invoice (including the shipment fee paid, if any).
  • EXCHANGE: New parcels are expected to be shipped within 2 business days after the invoice of shipment has been provided.
